Ready to go for 08:00 tomorrow – just add goodies fresh from the oven. Some things will be different: take-out cups only, no cash - cards only, everyone served from the front door, a smaller all-day menu. Coffee, team and food all the same, though. Love to all and stay safe!

Today's special treat: Muntsa's apple and custard filo flowers. BACK STORY: When we were all off, we were active with home-baking and swapping pictures on the team’s WhatsApp group. When Munsta did these: OMG we HAVE to have these on as soon as we get back! So here they are!

Roast sirloin of beef with horseradish mayo, caramelised red onion, portobello mushroom, rocket & parmesan shavings on ciabatta bread. We’ve been thinking about doing this one for years, and today’s the day! Serving now.

It's that time again! Our Chocolate Biscuit Christmas Pudding is available now for purchase. Same recipe as our regular Choc Biscuit Cake, only much bigger (over 1 Kg) and topped with White Choc "cream".

What a team! Just after the most intense lunch service ever and still smiling. More details tomorrow on how we've done for Irish Red Cross but it's looking good!
