.@Hermesparcels Very disappointed to pay extra for my daughter’s stuff 2 b delivered today. My wife has been in all the time. I’ve got a message from you saying nobody is home to take delivery. That’s just not true. Very poor service. If only everyone were as good as DPD Support (UK)

Sad day. Last Devon Air Ambulance shift with Craig “Biz” Bisset - fab aviator and friend who has gone above and beyond in the air and on scene to help those that need us. Shame about his below average banter!! Fly safe North of The Wall.

Are you seeking to change the culture of your organisation or system? DON'T start by setting up a "culture change" programme or a direct "culture" intervention. Culture gets changed when people start doing real work differently: hbswk.hbs.edu/item/to-change… Via Working Knowledge

Thank you, @drbenswift for your talk ehaat_ . I still don’t believe your version of the Father Christmas story but your points were well made (!) Serious bit - The clinicopathological correlation is the most important thing we can do to move our PHEM specialty forward.

To be fair there is a lot of variability in both groups. And one of the pilots sites is still reporting unusually short waits. But several pilot sites who used to be good on the 4hr metric are now awful on average waits...

Pleased that our article about English EDs’ ability to respond to a major incident has been published in Emergency Medicine Journal. Concerned that only 15.5% of ED self-report as prepared to respond, however. emj.bmj.com/content/early/… Shmune Horn Royal College of Emergency Medicine Adrian Boyle Ed Barnard
