Fishers Safety Training Batch 2 #LVDPP #DrowningPrevention

Day 3 | Fishers Safety Training Course Today, 8 new trainers (4 gov't + 4 EMEDO) began their safety training under LVDPP covering risk assessment, water safety & rescue. This brings the total to 15 trainers ready to deliver lifesaving skills to fishers across Lake Victoria.

Day 1 | Trainer Capacity on Emergency Response EMEDO, with trainers from FETA, Police Marine, Fire & Rescue, and Police Marine College, kicked off training on the Fishers Community Emergency Response Plan — focusing on reporting, rescue coordination & response skills. #LVDPP

Day 2 | Community Emergency Response Plan Today, EMEDO trained Sweya BMU leaders, local gov’t reps & fishers on how to respond to drowning & water emergencies. Part of our mission to build safer, more prepared fishing communities. #LVDPP
