Electing federal judges by popular vote will nullify the judicial career that, in Mexico, has been built over the past 30 years. It is not perfect, of course, but it is much better than what we had before 1994 (see attached paper). This is a bad reform. journals.sagepub.com/doi/abs/10.117…
