Year 6 worked hard in computing to create their desk tidy designs, using all the skills they’ve developed over the past few weeks on TinkerCAD… moving and adjusting shapes in three dimensions, using placeholders and grouping items together. #lovelearning

Thank you to everyone who supported the Year 6 stalls today. The girls we be reinvesting some of their money into more stock for the whole-class summer stalls in week 7! Tomorrow, two of the boys will be selling ice pops after school for their project! We hope to see you there!

Year 5 have been playing Ultimate Frisbee and Archery… It all got super competitive!!

The sun was shining for Year 5 this afternoon for our sports week dodgeball tournament!

Year 6 really enjoyed experimenting with clay this afternoon for our first lesson in our sculpture and 3D art unit! They created some really interesting and unique abstract sculptures to express themselves! #lovelearning

Year 5 have been building sentences with strips to add detail such as adverbs of possibility and relative clauses!

Year 5 had a wild time competing in a Nerf Challenge today! Thank you Mr Farrington from S4YC Childcare & Sport for hosting sports week at our school, we’ve all had a blast!

Year 6 had a “blast” as they set their sights on the targets in our Nerf session for sports week. Some great targeting and knocking down items, with some really high scores…not to mention the stylish goggles! #alwaysaiminghigh

Year 6 are so proud of J, who helped his mum at a music festival over the weekend. He shared with class how he went around raffling off a teddy bear, and raised a massive £92 for Cancer Research UK! What a lovely gesture J, you're a superstar! #alwaysaiminghigh
