We are dressed in bright colours and stripes to support Brake, the road safety charity. We learned how to stay safe near roads by always holding a grown-up’s hand. We practised looking after Teddy, crossing the road and holding his hands to keep him safe. Brake, the road safety charity Elton Primary School

Beep Beep Day 2023. We have got our seatbelts on to stay safe in the car and played the Stop Go game. We have learned a staying safe on the road song and made a poster to remind us to hold hands with a grown-up when we are walking near the road. Brake, the road safety charity Elton Primary School

Today has been Deaf Awareness Day. We have had a lovely day learning about how the ear works, listening to different sounds and finding out about hearing aids. We have even designed our own hearing aids. #Deafawareness Elton Primary School

Remembering all our learning this year with a RESPECT day activity. We looked for pictures outside, matched them to our characters and talked about our sticky knowledge. It was lots of fun!

I have mixed emotions as I leave Elton today, excited for my new adventure but sad to leave a wonderful school that I have loved working at. Thank you to everyone for your good wishes today. I will miss you all but will be taking lots of special memories with me! 💚 Elton Primary School
