There are three types of people: People who: 1. Think about you positively. 2. Don’t think about you at all. 3. People who you don’t need in your life. Which type of person do you let decide how you act and who you are?

Confession: we all have really low days. Sometimes there’s no reason for it m, but you feel like shit. It gets better, just be good to yourself and practice self care that helps you get through. Today, for me, that looks like easing off work, eating well and resting more.
