When is the penny going to drop with Stockport Council that there's a whole other half of the population who want cycling routes that match their needs?

We have written a to Dame Sarah Storey with grave concerns that Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM) have recommended approval of the Levy & Burnage scheme as it is, without the extra filtering needed to create safe walking and cycling routes.
