Extremely unchic of me considering how much love it’s got over the last few months but Detransition, Baby is maybe the best book I’ve read and I’m only 1/3 of the way through. I gasp at least once per page at just how fucking GOOD it is. I’ve had to step away to compose myself.

My research on disability and the publishing industry - which I have been working towards for 2 years - has been published! It gathers the experiences of over 200 disabled job seekers and employees in the industry and makes suggestions for improvements.
