Decided to take trains from Rome to London for Christmas this year rather than flying. It means I can visit the Duomo in Milan, the Christmas markets around Lake Geneva and spend an afternoon in wintery Paris drinking mulled wine, all on the way home! Can’t wait! 🇮🇹 🇨🇭 🇫🇷 🇬🇧

Did a lot of French at school but have picked up only a bit of Italian this year in Rome so was excited to to speak in French visiting Geneva! It turns out, all my sentences are now a horrible mix of French with Italian pronunciation and Italian with a French pronunciation. Help.
