Has anyone ever needed support from @mlb? My login will not work so I cannot access baseball - I have tried phone and email support - cases have been created but nothing has happened. It has been 5 days. If you had a problem, how did you resolve it?

Perhaps the Cardinals nailed this trade, we'll find out as info emerges, but regardless, it's a shame things for the Cardinals got to a point where a player like Brendan Donovan had to be traded away. At another time, he would've had 'Cardinal for life' written all over him.
