Today I was at #TheBrokerDay in a panel with Water Envoy Henk Ovink & Aqua for All's @shaby_abbas:"Going Dutch in global #water challenges: how Dutch can we go?" My answer? Expertise should be translated to fit norms & institutions elsewhere. In my #PhD I study how (not) to do so.

Deze week 25 jaar geleden. De A2 bij ‘s-Hertogenbosch stond 14 dagen onder water. De foto die John Claessens nam van windsurfer Max van Noorden ging de wereld over. Inmiddels is de A2 beschermd met kades en is van 3 naar 5 rijbanen verbreed. #hohohoogwater Rijkswaterstaat
