Gave an old MTB some TLC yesterday been for spin on it today. so much fun, I’m not giving up on running but feel MTB is best better suited at this moment in time don’t get wrong it was hard work but felt I had more energy for the demands of biking than running.

When Aston Villa fan Josh Moseley went into cardiac arrest at Villa Park, fellow supporter and trainee paramedic Heidi Elliot rushed to his aid to perform life-saving CPR. Aston Villa have shown their appreciation to Heidi's heroic efforts 🙌
