Gameweek 27 Back on the horse with the victory, although it was a case of what could have been, had Saka not been pulled at half time during the decimation of Sheffield United. Phil Foden making a play for my player of the season. #fpl #fantasy606

Gameweek 28 Incredibly tight before the Wednesday night game, before a 4-3 thriller (which we couldn’t watch legally) secured me 37 points to Leon Osman 16, dragging me kicking and screaming to the win. I don’t know what he looks like, but Zabarnyi is a hero. #fpl #fantasy606

Can any of the #FC24 or Fifa community help me here? As soon as the ball turns over, one defender starts sprinting backwards leaving everyone onside (see map). No drop back tactics, nothing in the instructions. I’m losing countless games because of this and can’t figure out why!

Gameweek 30 A loss to Harry Lewis, who was joint top scorer in the league, beating my 64 with his 76. Only 4 of the 46 managers beat my score! I took the hit to bring Salah and Palmer back, but it wasn’t enough to oversee Bowens goal and assist in the chaotic 4-3 #fpl #fantasy606

Gameweek 31 Wildcard week for me! Benefitting from the absence of Haaland and Saka, I may have only scored 2 points with my Salah captain in the 3-1 home with to Sheff U, but I benefitted massively from a Garnacho autosub, bringing a sweet 14 points off my bench. #fpl #fantasy606

Gameweek 32 A blow to Natalie Pike and her promotion chances, as I ran out the winner 65-55. Differential Havertz doing the business for me, as well as the 8 points captaincy from Salah over Palmer scoring 5. #fpl #fantasy606

Gameweek 33 A crushing victory over Maisie Adam who hadn’t touched her team since week 17 (she’s back on the FPL train though!) 96 points from me, 46 of them coming from Petrovic, Palmer and Jackson in the final game of the week against Everton. #fpl #fantasy606

Gameweek 34 Battle of the free hits, thoughts and prayers to those that used them in blank gameweek 29. 118 loses to my 133, essentially Pickford bailing me out with back-to-back clean sheets, saves and bonus (at the detriment of the Salah captaincy #fpl #fantasy606

Gameweek 35 Another win, continuing the strong form post wildcard, this time against Jeanette Oluwa. An awful double transfer of Fernandes (4) and Foden (0-sick) for -4 for Salah (1) and Havertz (13) wasn’t enough to cost me the win by 20, 62-82. #fpl #fantasy606

Gameweek 36 A massive win over Aaron Paul🎙📻 , who had me worried with his Saka vice captain, before Haaland flicked the switch from ‘Non league’ to ‘golden boot’, scoring 4 against Wolves. Nicholas Jackson reaching legendary status for his time in my team #fpl #fantasy606

Gameweek 37. Too little too late. The top 3 is out of reach, but at least I salvaged respectability in the head to head, beating Nihal, who hasn’t touched their team since week 11. 136 points on the bench boost puts me into a reasonable position in three top 10k #fpl #fantasy606

#fantasy606 H2H GW1 A win over the fellow Red Grace Mailey on her debut in division 2 head to head. Unfortunately she came up against the leagues ✨top scorer✨ with a massive 84 points. Jota, Pope and Isak helping me over the line, before we both go into week 2 Haalandless #fpl

#fantasy606 H2H GW2 The week everything that could go wrong, did. Haaland hat trick, which was inevitable, Chelsea putting 6 past Wolves with Nkunku benched quite the frustration, especially with Palmer feasting. Watkins missing two big chances against Arsenal was the final nail.

#fantasy606 GW3 Another loss on the board despite Sundays comeback. Haaland punishes once again, whilst the Watkins X Morgan combo promised much but delivered little, along with my points on the bench. Chris Newmans early wildcard pays dividends in this case!

#fantasy606 GW4 Another crushing defeat, this time at the hands of Steve Parry. Haaland captaincy alone nearly outscored my entire team, with only Ollie Watkins making a positive impact. Praying for a Man City - Arsenal bore fest
