I’m going to say it: I like paying taxes in exchange for a properly managed health care and education system and other government services. I don’t want money back, I want ambulances to come on time.

In this week's @CalgaryHerald column: A couple of weeks I drove to Banff in a snowstorm to eat at the brand new Bluebird. This place hits all the right notes and is a great addition to the town's already wonderful collection of restaurants.
