The HELLO RCT starts in a few days to mitigate burnout in the ICU. This ESICM trial involves 434 ICUs. Everyone will be encouraged to say "hello" at the workplace. A bundle will be implemented for 4 weeks in October (interv. group) or in January (control group) #esicm #burnout
