Today I'm grateful for: - apples - my nephews for asking if we can do yoga and arts & crafts (all my favorite things!) - my nieces for doing silly things that make me laugh - my mom for always knowing where everything is - my mom again for the rec to make a +/- list for decisions

I'm working with a client on life design and it's so incredibly rewarding. To see his life change so quickly and intentionally with systems in place, more fun and quality time and quality people, it's like watching someone come to life again with a smile on their face. Priceless.

I don't know if you know this, but it's Successful September and today is the first day of the rest of our lives!

11:11am ✨ I never knew how much I like spending time alone, but that's where I've gotten to know myself best, and man is it rewarding. It felt so daunting before, to say no to socializing and being with the people I love #extrovert, but the convos I've had with me are priceless.
