10 years anniversary of Ping Pong the Animation. Time flies but I still feel incredibly lucky that I got to take on the background direction of the show. Being part of adapting a Taiyo Matsumoto's manga under Masaaki Yuasa's direction was once in a lifetime chance.

Just putting it out there, but I'd love to do a regular column about drum breaks/breakbeats for a publication.

Each edition focused on a single break, gives background on its recording, it's use in hip-hop and DJ culture etc. Each break with its own narrative history.
