LTSpice simulation of an emitter follower (common collector) circuit, which is often used as a voltage buffer. VI-VO remains almost constant.

LTSpice doesn't have a built-in potentiometer symbol, but you can simulate one using param and step directives.

I think R17 + C11/C16 across grid/emitter is a bootstrap network to increase the input impedance as mentioned in the Art of Electronics, but I am not sure. Also, Korg's schematic style is hard to parse!
