Sage Sharp @[email protected] ones that come to mind: CodeNewbie CodeLand conference, self.conference, WordCamp Central (any of them AFAIK), @thepghtechfest, ela. it seems to be the smaller/local conferences that do well here -- I can't think of any large conferences that are successful at this.
