Today we implement a new Order from Fraser Health on Face Coverings in Surrey Schools. The Order requires all staff K-12 and all students 4-12 to wear a mask at all times. We rely on the expertise of the PHO, Ministry, and Fraser Health. Thanks to all. #sd36learn

Our wetland changes and allows for rich, observant, connected learning about the cycles of life. Sad that this tree fell but excited to see the students explore and understand that they can continue a new life cycle out of the old. #outdoorlearning #sd36learn

EKOLogy garden beds are freshly planted with two new hula hoop greenhouse additions added to two of the beds. Can’t wait for the students to compare the difference between greenhouse planting and regular garden beds.

This has been such a rich learning experience for our school. Creating a year wide inquiry into our watershed with a key focus on salmon and the seasonal cycle has allowed for so much cross curricular and in-depth learning for both our staff and students. #outdoorlearning
