1/ Highly effective AVID tutorials are organized and structured. @LHughesMS, Ss in HughesAVID use frames/question stems, track participation, & collaborate in college-themed groups. They also nominate a rock star each tutorial! FCPS CSP AVID MASS-VI Team

2/ HughesAVID Ss started tutorials today with goal-setting. “We want to ask better questions during tutorials.” “We want to bring TRFs from more diverse classes.” And whenever students figured out their POC, they rang a bell at the front of class. #OwnYourLearning FCPS CSP
