Any sensible advice welcome, I have the worst hay fever I’ve ever experienced I feel genuinely awful. I’ve tried OTC cetirizine, fexofenadine and loratadine, none of them are helping to any meaningful extent. I’ve been like it for about a week and it’s absolutely draining!
