i have been diagnosed with major depressive disorder & anxiety disorder for years. recently, the depression scale is moderate but my anxiety is severe. this has been a struggle for many years. i have hope one day, that life will get better, even in my state, there is some hope.

i’m in no way seeking pity, whatsoever, i do my best in so many ways too improve this day by day. if anyone has advice , i am completely open to it. i don’t want to deal with this forever but it’s like a ghost that doesn’t go away. but i believe one day i will be free from it.
