This bamboo slip 遷陵以郵行洞庭 is part of 里耶秦簡, a large collection of official files from Qin dynasty 秦朝 According to 游逸飛 (2015), this slip should be read as: “from Donting 洞庭 to Qiangling 遷陵 by mail 以郵行” The destination is written first!

Amusingly, the word zhuxi 主席, which mostly means 'chairman, president' in contemporary Mandarin, has an older meaning of 'abbot' :D (besides, of course, the more obvious meanings of 'the seat of the host,' 'to host a banquet,' 'host of a banquet' etc)
