2 years + since the EU Court of Justice ruling in W.M. & Sovim SA v Luxembourg Registers, the case for public access to beneficial ownership information remains the same. This Transparency International Ireland Report, published 9 Dec 2024, includes a chapter by me pointing to a company law solution.
