Green Grocer’s visit 🫑🥦🥕🍊🍎 What a treat, the children got to meet a Grocer, explore exotic fruits using our senses and then we bought our own fruit by exchanging our money. We had to count the fruit to put in our bags. A super experience. Ebbw Fawr 3-16 Primary Phase Fresh & Fruity
This is what real life experiences are all about, the children created their own fruit shop after the visit from our Grocer’s and acted out being a customer or the shopkeeper taking turns and using money to exchange. Ebbw Fawr 3-16 Primary Phase

We’ve had an amazing week so far learning about VE Day and WW2! We showed our evacuee boxes that we made at home, our family military artefacts and stories, had an authentic Edwardian classroom experience and visited the 5G classroom! We have loved this topic! Ebbw Fawr 3-16 Primary Phase
We read a story about a seed and the journey it goes on before it becomes a plant. We talked about the different season changes and what weather is the best. We identified what it needed to grow. The children could confidently retell parts of the story. 🌱 🪴Ebbw Fawr 3-16 Primary Phase
