🆕MA of exercise in #HF ➕ sub-analysis of #HFpEF from Dr Jamie O'Driscoll & Jamie Edwards. HIIT superior to MIT in #HFrEF ⬆️CRF: WMD 1.88 ml/kg/min, 95% CI 0.8–2.9 (MCID threshold is 1 ml/kg/min). Not superior (statistically or clinically) in #HFpEF: WMD 0.44 ml/kg/min 95% CI -0.8-1.7
