At the Uni. of Warsaw, for the Srebrenica 30th Anniversary Conference, pleased to join two prominent figures in the struggle for justice in former Yugoslavia: Manfred Nowak, UN Expert on Missing Persons, & Florence Hartmann, author and former Spokesperson of the Hague Tribunal.

Particularly poignant that I learn of the passing of Janusz Bugajski while here in Poland. All those who engaged with Jansuz on Balkans matters will miss his penetrating mind and confident voice. I am very sad to hear this news. Condolences to Margarita & the Bugajski family.
