Gotta reroute to a new chassis for it, but number 5 is under way! Tried a modern Hornby 4F for the wheel size, but the motor placement is unfortunately underneath the open cab space, so I’ve settled for a Bachmann Collett Goods instead. The 4F’s tender is still useful tho.

Happy to confirm that I have once again secured a table display at Vancouver Train Expo this coming November! I’ll be displaying all my previous work like before, plus some new models as well, and, if I can get the space, have some second hand items for sale too. Stay tuned!

Test fitting the new chassis (Bachmann Collett Goods), everything proportionally seems good after a bit of cutting and tweaking. Mainly figuring out how to properly incorporate the lead bogey and underneath the boiler/PCB to make eventual maintenance on him less of a pain.

Further supporting this is she’s not present in the RWS version of the story either. Since the story was written for TV, Chris def told Clive Spong to not illustrate characters not (originally) planned for S2, hence why Oliver and Bear are also absent, but Trevor is present.
