I am now into my penultimate day as CEO of SWB NHS Trust. The Trust's diversity, warmth, resilience & talent is remarkable and has seen us through some challenging times. Statistically, we were harder hit by COVID than any other and it responded without fuss or self-publicity 1/2

Then,delivery of radical changes, community&acute, to enable our new hospital, Midland Metropolitan University Hospital, whilst keeping the show on the road operationally & financially, has been a crowning collective achievement.
