Kamryn Mendoza is the 2023 Outstanding Student recipient! She was selected from area nominees. Kamryn will receive a $1,000 scholarship from the City of Arkansas City. Olivia Pride & Petrona de la Cruz were also honored for their nominations. #BulldogPRIDE!
