i hate being home alone coz any time i eat something, it feels like im wasting a perfect opportunity to purge. i feel guilty and fake coz i say i want to lose weight but then i could purge the calories i ate without anyone knowing but im not. im letting it turn into fat

i used to purge every time i ate but i stopped months ago and im happy about that but i always feel like a failure for keeping down calories when i could just purge them but im so scared of being trapped in that addictive cycle again.
