Cities like #AddisAbaba need to urgently address water access issues. Hard infrastructure needs to be financed and built NOW - the alternatives are dire, for development and especially for the poorest. The banality of #WASH inequalities and health impacts must end. #RightToWater ?
We are proud to learn that professor Nick van de Giesen of Water @ TU Delft receives the AGU (American Geophysical Union) Ambassador Award! He worked his entire career in Sub-Saharan Africa empowering Sub-Saharan African communities in measuring and understanding their climate and improve local climate resilience.
