Well I have my first bowling match in the league tomorrow ,feeling pretty good about it after today’s practice,myself and my skip are on the same page!! Hopefully the first and second are in the zone for a win tomorrow,we’re bringing on the juniors this year

Well just back from my bowling and having another cider,our rink won 18-11 and the other rinks won as well so a 12-0 result! I’m buzzing I played really well,couple of ends were a bit longer than I can bowl and I lost my line,but I will keep practicing

Well for anyone interested, I had my first game in our afternoon bowling league, I was the team skip and we won 24-8,thoroughly enjoyable afternoon followed by tea and biscuits!! Hard work pays off when you only get two bowls each!!

Well spent the mornings this week helping out with activities week at my bowling club,met some really great teenagers,and some are keen enough (I hope) to come and try bowls FR,we have the biggest jr section in the SE if not Scotland,going to sign up to be a coach!
