Girdy hit up the #stockbridge market to sample the once a month elusive ChurrosChocolate. Mission successful and delicious #churros obtained.

Girdy is at the #ilgsymposium24 today and forgive a stat from Inverness and The Glen Mhor Hotel but it's impressive. HR manager Fiona Connor revealed that 90% of the hotel (and distillery) comes from their own water sourced power centre, not the grid.
