With a heavy heart we announce the pedestrian killed in today’s hit-and-run crash on Greenwood Rd has been identified as Donald Lambert, Jr. Lambert was a 33-year veteran of Henrico Police and Captain of our Special Operations Group. He was not on-duty at the time of the crash.
