This coming Saturday our Head of Art Mrs Eaton will be hosting an Art Exhibition at Long Street Methodist Church, Middleton. This is an open event and we look forward to seeing as many parents/carers and members of the local community as possible.

Philosophy Club has now ended. A reminder that Year 10 RE Revision takes place every Thursday after school 3-4pm in 2.25 with Mrs Alafiatayo. We will be revising Paper 1 Christian and Islamic Beliefs until the end of the summer term. Snacks will be provided 🙂

On Thursday 8th May, our Year 8 pupils attended a fantastic careers event at Etihad stadium. The pupils had an amazing time and got to experience controlling robots and reactions tests. Our Year 8 pupils did Edgar Wood proud! Well done to everyone involved.

Our Year 8 pupils have arrived at Pembroke College, University of Oxford for a day of lectures.

Our Y10 linguists were treated to a little petit déjeuner français this week to say bravo for their mock speaking exams. We're really proud of them!

Yesterday Mr Pomeroy and Mr Jackson took a group of year 10 students to Rochdale Sixth Form College for a team maths challenge. Students represented the school brilliantly and worked extremely well solving the tricky problems as part of a team! Well done to all involved!
