It is very good news that the Green Party is so clear sighted about the NHS. Streeting's gimmicks, like league tables, are poison. Fund the NHS properly, end privatisation and respect the staff.

However cynical you are about who this so-called Labour Party is actually for, the idea that it might, after furious lobbying (some of it led by Peter Mandelson), cut the tax rates paid by some of the richest people in the country is mind blowing.
