Author Niamh Doyle will be giving a mindfulness and movement workshop for children aged 5-12 on 13. Aug. There will be some gentle movement, mindfulness tips and the chance to make your own book. Book a spot by contacting Moylough Library or Europe Direct Ballinasloe
