Good teaching is not accidental. It results from teachers who plan well and who connect with their students. Both of these are intentional. Good teaching takes energy, passion, and perseverance. It is hard work. I’m grateful for all the teachers who are putting in the work.

I’ve seen people offering ideas for teachers at end of year to keep them from doing things like extra recess or discovery walks in the woods. My question is not why are they doing them now but why haven’t they been doing more things like extra recess & discovery walks all year.
