This argument assumes progress is neutral. It isn’t. AI won’t just accelerate growth. It will accelerate selection. What survives won’t be what’s valuable. It will be what scales. We’ve seen this before: Scale beats truth. Speed beats depth. Noise beats signal. AI doesn’t
