And still today they try to tell us inflation is 9.4%.

For ordinary people true inflation is 20%+ & rising.

The price of butter is up 21.5%; milk is up 26.3%; the price of pasta rose 50% between April 2021 & April 2022. Energy bills are up by 300% & rising.

Inflation isn’t 9.4%. For ordinary people who have eating & keeping warm as their priority, inflation is out of control.

Bread up 13%; pasta up 16%; baked beans up 21%; butter up 21.5%; milk up 26.3%; fuel costs up 42% in the year; energy bills up by 300% and rising.

Don’t tell us inflation is 9.4%. For ordinary people with ordinary bills, real inflation is over 30% & climbing.
