A well-known OER catalyst, Ru polyoxometalate, evolves into Si,W-codoped RuOx, becoming an efficient bifunctional HER/OER catalyst. The synergistic effect of codoping was elucidated through cowork with the Dong-Hwa Seo group. Just accepted by Adv Mater. onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/ad…
