Just did a lingular segmentectomy using technique of inflating lingual while deflating rest of LUL for demarcation. I learned this from a video by a now Houston, formerly Mayo, well known chest surgeon. We don’t have the fluorescing dye though (too expensive). Shanda Blackmon, MD
