M&S Please can you look at your online booking system for bra fitting at your Truro store. My daughters went in today having booked online and were told that staff have no way of seeing online bookings so weren’t expecting them Staff were quite unhelpful and rude.

M&S It was today. At 11.30 and 12pm. The lovely lady (Debs) who squeezed them in for a fitting was fantastic. But I find it very odd that there is an option to book online that the store then have no knowledge of this.
