Yr 10 students learning practical life skills in the Autoshed earlier this term changing engine oil. The hands on program covers Basic Car Maintenance, Road & Driver Safety as well as Learners Permit Preparation supporting students as they prepare for driving in the real world.

East Hills Boys in partnership with Heart of the Nation and Revesby Workers' Club recently installed a life-saving Automated External Defibrillator (AED) at the schools gate. An important addition to the local community.

Incredibly proud of our stage 5 debating team, winning knock-out round 1 against Liverpool Girls HS. Arguing affirmatively on the provocative topic “That Australia should ban food delivery services like Uber Eats and Deliveroo.” Congratulations boys!

East Hills Boys SRC had a valuable opportunity to attend Parliamentary Question Time at Parliament House. Students also had the privilege of meeting and speaking with Kylie Wilkinson, Member for East Hills and gaining firsthand experience of being leaders in NSW.

Year 10 Design and Technology have been working hard on their Battle Bott Racers this semester 🏎️ We are excited to see who will have the fastest Battle Bott Racers in 10DATY!

Yr 9 STEM at the Generation STEM CSIRO Partnership Project Showcase at UWS Bankstown. It was a great experience for the boys who presented their projects to community members, students and teachers from other schools, and even the Mayor of Bankstown, Councillor Bilal El-Hayek.

Year 9 and 10 STEM attended the Grand Challenge, Igniting the Future of Renewable Fuel event last week, where they designed and created models of renewable energy, making it into the semi finals out of 48 groups! Well done to everyone who attended and represented EHBHS 👏🏻

Year 8 GAT students fine tuning their robots for the Universal Robotics Challenge tomorrow. The boys have been working on these since last term, the competition is tough and the rules are tougher! Goodluck boys!

Our Yr 8 Gifted and Talented students took out 1st, 2nd and 3rd in the National High School Division of the Universal Robotics Challenge 2023 and 2nd place in the World Senior Division, qualifying them for the international comp next year in Japan!
