Hindi daw siya bratinella, pero hindi niya pinaharap kahit ISANG TAGA-OVP sa budget hearing, tapos pinakilos ang mga alyadong kongresista para hilingin na i-APPROVE na lang ang budget dahil sa "parliamentary courtesy." Di lang brat, kundi duwag at makapal.
