Refresh: Angles Photo Credit: Zaki aged 8yrs This image provides a beautiful view of caterpillars. As an 8yr old Zaki was able to get extremely low to capture these caterpillars and being so close to his subject was able to enhance the image with depth of field.

For the final week of sharing images from the production of the Refresh Video Tutorials we will be focusing on images that are captured using the Rule of Thirds. The basic concept of this is to place your subject slightly off centre in the left or right third of the image.

Refresh: Rule of Thirds The focal point of this image is highlighted due to its position being in the left third of the frame and also by being very sharp and in focus. The soft focus of the reeds on the opposite side of the frame creates balance and depth.
