Low income energy efficiency, a commitment to achieving net zero by 2050 and strong energy efficiency program results are not only strengths...they are the foundation of why Nova Scotia leads the country in efficiency programs.

We were pleased to be part of today's announcement with Natural Resources at Trinity Energy Group. The Oil to Heat Pump Affordability (OHPA) Grant will help Nova Scotians with the cost of heating system upgrades at a time when it is very much needed.

68 actions to help combat the climate crisis and #energyefficiency play a prominent role in the plan. Not only does it lower greenhouse gas emissions, but it also helps lower energy bills, putting money back in Nova Scotians' pockets when they need it most. #ClimateAction

Higher energy costs disproportionately impact households with lower incomes. Depending on fuel prices, 40% of households in Nova Scotia experience energy poverty. Today's announcement helps move more people out of energy poverty while also reducing emissions. Efficiency Nova Scotia
